WBCV “Cancun with Cheese” Contest Rules Addendum These contest rules are specific to the WBCV “Cancun with Cheese” Contest (the “Contest”) conducted by NRG Media, LLC d/b/a WBCV (the “Company” or the “Station”). These rules are intended to supplement the General Contest Rules, however, to the extent that the General Contest Rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s General Contest Rules are available at the Station’s studio at 2301 Plover Road, Plover, WI 54467 during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and on the contest page on the Station’s website at http://www.bigcheese1079.com When: The WBCV “Cancun with Cheese” Contest will run from 05/29/26 – 06/26/26. Who Can Enter To enter, contestants must be residents of the State of Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older on or before 05/29/26. Only one entry per person per prize drawing. You can only win the contest once. See General Contest rules below for additional entry restrictions. How to Play: Method #1: You can enter by responding to the cue to call. Listen to WBCV during the contest period (05/29/26-06/25/26) weekdays between 6am and 5pm. WBCV will announce when it is time to call in to become a finalist for the Cancun with Cheese contest. Be caller #7 to the studio line at 715-342-CHEZ or 1-888-831-1079. Caller #7 will be a finalist for the Grand Prize Drawing. You can only become a finalist once. The time delay between Over-the-Air Analog Signal and Internet Broadcast: Due to the time delay that exists between the station’s analog over-the-air signal and the station’s online webcast, listeners who listen to the station online may hear it later than listening to the station’s analog over-the-air signal. As a result, the odds of an online listener winning this contest may be diminished. Method #2: Listeners will be able to register for Cancun with Cheese contest starting on 05/29/26 at 07:30am at www.bigcheese1079.com . Listeners will need to fill out the form with their name, address, city, state, phone number, and date of birth. Listeners will also have the option of providing their contact information to Apple Vacation. You are not required to agree to provide this information to enter the contest and agreeing to provide this information does not confer any advantages. By checking the box to share your information with Apple Vacations, you consent to WBCV sharing your information with Apple Vacations and consent to receiving such information from Apple Vacations. Online entry ends on 06/25/26 at 9:15am Method #3: Alternative method of entry: if you do not have computer access, you can send your name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth to: WBCV “Cancun with Cheese” Contest Entry, 2301 Plover Road, Plover, WI 54467. Mail entries must be received by 5:00pm on 05/22/26. Then listen weekdays at approximately 9:20am for a name to be read on air. That listener will also be a finalist for Cancun with Cheese contest. Listeners are not required to be listening at this time or call in to claim their prize. The daily second-chance qualifier will also be contacted by phone. The Grand Prize will be held on 06/26/26. One finalist's name will be randomly selected and announced on WBCV at approximately 7:20am. That finalist will have 10 minutes and 79 seconds (11 minutes and 19 seconds) to call the WBCV studio line (715-342-CHEZ or 888- 831-1079) and claim the Grand Prize. If the finalist fails to call in the allotted time, a different finalist’s name will be drawn immediately and announced on WBCV and that person will have 10 minutes and 79 seconds to call the WBCV studio line. This process will continue until a winner is determined. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize trip will be given away—a trip to Cancun, Mexico. The Grand Prize will be given away on 06/26/26. The Grand Prize Winner will win (1) 6-day/5-night trip to Cancun, Mexico. The trip is for two (2) adults departing from Chicago O’Hare or Milwaukee. The trip includes -five-night accommodation for two (2) in one (1) hotel room at a participating RIU Resort; round-trip charter air, standard round-trip transfers, all food/drinks at the resort, and the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative. The trip must be completed by July 1, 2027. No extensions are allowed. Taxes, insurance, any applicable baggage fees, and additional expenses (such as optional excursions, spa treatments, phone calls, and souvenirs) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All departure taxes, insurance, fees and fuel surcharges (approx. $100-250 per person) will be advised by Apple Promotional Bookings and must be paid by the traveler to Apple Vacations prior to departure. All Vacations are approved on a promotional basis & are subject to availability. Blackout dates do apply. Travel dates are final and will not be extended. Travel is not permitted during holiday periods including both 5 days prior and after. Trips are non-transferable and cannot be exchange for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another of equal value, equal Apple rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. Hotel to be determined by Apple Vacations. Trips are valid for two adults only per room and do not include any special promotions. No room upgrades. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and will be issued an IRS 1099 form. Value of the Grand Prize is approximately $2,000.00 Winner, on his own behalf and on behalf of Winner’s heirs, successors or assigns, in consideration of participation in a contest, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby COVENANT TO FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE NRG Media, WBCV, contest sponsors, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to Winner’s participation in or winning of any contest and/or acceptance, award, ownership or use of prize, including transportation and travel, after it is awarded. Winner and guest travel at their own risk. International travel generally requires a valid passport or other appropriate documentation. By entering this contest, listener confirms they have checked the passport requirement and other information for the destination country prior to entry. WBCV and NRG Media are not responsible for Winner’s or Guest’s inability to travel for any reason whatsoever, including non-acceptance of travel documents, government shut down, or any travel restrictions imposed for health or safety reasons, or Winner’s or Guest’s illness. WBCV and contest sponsors are not responsible for a contestant’s inability to acquire transportation to a location to use or accept the prize, personal circumstances prohibiting participation in a contest or other circumstances beyond their control.
