Randy Bachman and Fred Turner released a new Bachman-Turner Overdrive song called “60 Years Ago”. Randy says it’s “a thank you to Winnipeg, the city that shaped us.” The song also features fellow Canadian Neil Young on guitar.
Their “Back in Overdrive Tour” begins tomorrow night in Victoria, British Columbia. They’ll hit the U.S. in July. Randy also says he and Burton Cummings are planning a Guess Who tour in 2026 that will include a “set list of about 30 songs and probably gonna be a two or three hour Springsteen kind of marathonic show”.
