So how do you stay hydrated with such extreme heat? Here are some foods you can eat to stay hydrated because we both know, we ain’t drinking enough water!

Cucumbers – they’re 96% water

Iceberg lettuce – 96% water

Celery – 95% water

Radishes – 95% water

Romaine lettuce – 95% water

Tomatoes – 94% water

Zucchini – 94% water

Watermelon – 92% water

Other fruits and veggies that are 92% water is strawberries, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, mushrooms and spinach. You will be getting your fruits and veggies in while keeping yourself hydrated… look at your multitasking!
