I feel like I’m the unofficial spokesperson for Broccoli. I mean I have it everyday for lunch and snack on it at home.

Last month we found out that Broccoli is the favorite vegetable among American’s followed by carrots and spinach according to a study done by StudyFinds.org.

Well they are at it again in a new study that reveals that broccoli can help reduce inflammation, improve blood sugar control, boost your immunity and improve your heart health.
