By Joe Malone Apr 6, 2022 | 4:50 PM

“Rickrolling” someone can be very fun and satisfying at the same time. In case you don’t know what “Rickrolling” some one means, here is the definition from Google. Rickrolling is when you troll someone on the internet by linking to the music video for Rick Astley’s 1987 hit song “Never Gonna Give You Up.” It is, by far, the most popular example of bait-and-switch linking.

If ever there were a day that was meant to be the ultimate day for this it would have to be April Fool’s Day. A guy named Jared Guynes “RickRolled” the city of Dallas, Texas . . . as an April Fools’ Day joke.

He put 300 drones into the sky, and together they created a giant, glowing QR code.  Those who scanned it with their phone got “Rolled.”

Of course he got video of this masterful plan and it would seem that it worked splendidly! Check out the videos below!
