Guns N’ Roses played not one, not two, not three, but four Aerosmith covers while opening for Aerosmith at the Hollywood Bowl. GN’R opened the set with “Mama Kin,” an Aerosmith cover they hadn’t performed since 2012.
The band included three additional Aerosmith tracks in their performance, alongside their own classics “Sweet Child O’ Mine” and “Nightrain,” showcasing their deep connection to Aerosmith’s legacy.
The concert featured a variety of other artists, including Marcus King, Jerry Cantrell, and Billy Idol, contributing to a star-studded celebration of Aerosmith’s music.
