Kenny Loggins recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and the Roots to perform a medley of his songs on classroom instruments. Kevin Bacon joined in for a lively rendition of “Footloose.” The performance included songs like “I’m Alright,” “Danger Zone,” and “Celebrate Me Home.” John Lithgow made a surprise appearance as his Footloose character to object to the music, but Bacon’s character intervened to keep the party going. Loggins, known for writing songs for ’80s movies like Top Gun, recently protested the unauthorized use of his music in a video by Donald Trump. He is also set to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame alongside artists like Taylor Swift and Kiss.
