Rush opened this year’s Juno Awards in Canada with a performance of “Finding My Way,” the first song from their debut album. The band showcased their new touring lineup, including drummer Anika Nilles and keyboardist Loren Gold.
The performance featured images of the band throughout their career, including late drummer Neil Peart. Rush’s Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson expressed the difficulty of choosing a single song to play, with Lifeson humorously stating, “It’s the only song we know how to play.”
This marks the first performance by Rush since their final show in 2015. They have 4 shows planned coming up July 16th – July 22nd at the United Center in Chicago for their upcoming Fifty Something tour.
