Surprise, surprise The Foo Fighters just gifted their fans a new live album, Foo Fighters – Are Playing Where ??? Vol. 1, released on Bandcamp (click to listen). The album features energetic live tracks recorded at recent surprise club gigs, including songs like “Alone + Easy Target” and “White Limo.”
The Bandcamp exclusive is available as a “pay what you want” release, with proceeds going to local charities fighting food insecurity in the cities where the shows took place. The band recently debuted new drummer Ilan Rubin at one of their surprise shows in California, and also released a new song, “Today’s Song,” to mark their 30th anniversary.
