Ronnie Wood confirmed that The Rolling Stones’ new album is “done” and will be released next year. Wood expressed hope that the Stones, including Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, will hit the road again for live performances.

Producer Andrew Watt, who worked with the band on their previous album, likened the experience to “working for Batman” and hinted at new recordings.

Marlon Richards, son of Keith Richards, revealed that the band is currently recording in Chiswick and is close to completing the album. The band’s recent Grammy win for Best Rock Album has motivated them to work on a follow-up album and plan a tour of Europe for next year.
