Lucasfilm and Disney have released the first trailer for Jon Favreau’s new “Star Wars” film, “The Mandalorian & Grogu”. Originally planned as a fourth season, the project was retooled into a film due to strikes in 2023.
The movie features a new version of the Razor Crest ship and marks the first big screen outing for “Star Wars” since 2019. Pedro Pascal reprises his role as Din Djarin, joined by Sigourney Weaver as Ward, Jeremy Allen White as Rotta the Hutt, and Jonny Coyne as a warlord. “The Mandalorian & Grogu” is set to hit cinemas on May 22nd, 2026.
