Jason Sudeikis, co-creator and star of “Ted Lasso,” surprised fans by joining Mumford & Sons on stage at Madison Square Garden last night to perform the show’s theme song.
The song for “Ted Lasso” was co-written by Mumford & Sons frontman Marcus Mumford, so if it sounds like the song that plays near the start of every episode it’s because he’s the dude that sings it. The Crowd went crazy when Sudeikis jumped on stage to add to the short tribute.
Episode 2 of “Ted Lasso” Season 4 is out today on Apple TV.
