Ignacia Fernandez is a beautiful pageant contestant who was vying for Miss World Chile last weekend. She took the stage for the talent competition wearing her sash over a black gown. Then she broke into some death metal! (With her band Decessus.)
BTW, The finals were last night and she won! She’s the new Miss World Chile.
