But there’s only one Black Friday sale, and this year, Furniture & ApplianceMart is taking it to a new level.

At employee-owned Furniture & ApplianceMart, this year’s Black Friday sales are the genuine article, says Bill Fonti, president and CEO.
Local shoppers will save up to 60% off storewide on items including:

- Queen bedroom sets, starting at $699
- Queen mattresses, starting at $167
- Washer/dryer pairs, starting at $799
With doors open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Black Friday, shoppers will find genuine discounts on everything in the store. Plus, they’re hosting a day-before-Thanksgiving sale on Wednesday, Nov. 27, for those traveling over the holiday.
“If you’ve been waiting for the best deal, your wait is over,” Fonti says. “Simply put, there’s just never been a better time to buy furniture, mattresses, or home appliances than Black Friday.”
With locations in Stevens Point, Wausau, Rhinelander, Marshfield, and Madison, Furniture & ApplianceMart has the inside connection with suppliers, and they’re passing the savings along to consumers this holiday season.
“Our suppliers give us the best deals of the year on Black Friday, especially this year, and sometimes even rebates on top of it,” Fonti says. “Our customers know that if they want the very best deal, this is the weekend to come get it.”
Holiday shoppers can also find special discounts on select items, including:
- Up to $1,000 off top mattress brands like Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Beautyrest Black and more
- Buy 3 appliances, get 3 appliances free (packages start at $2,299 for 6 pieces including refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, and washers/dryers)
Furniture & ApplianceMart offers in-store financing for up to 60 months storewide. Shoppers are encouraged to shop early for the best deals and check local stores for availability.
And Black Friday isn’t the only day to save big, Fonti says. The stores are holding a one-day sale the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, as well.
“We’re an employee-owned company and we take that very seriously, so we stay closed on Thanksgiving so our employees can spend the day with family and loved ones,” Fonti says. “We open our stores up on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, with our Black Friday specials so people can shop the deals early.”
