Are you an adventurous eater? How about THIS adventurous?
A take-out place called Birdbox opened in midtown Manhattan in July. And they’re going viral for their $19 fried-chicken sandwich that’s so gourmet . . . it comes with a FOOT ATTACHED.
The chicken’s entire leg . . . foot and all . . . pokes out the side of the bun. The place is run by a Michelin-star chef, and everyone says the sandwich is great . . . if you can stomach it.
It’s actually not brand new. They’ve been selling it at their other location in San Francisco for a while. But it’s all over social media right now.
What’s worse is they gave the sandwich a NAME. It’s called “Claude the Claw”. So you’re not just eating a chicken, you’re eating Claude.
For people who don’t want that much anatomy in their lunch, they also offer a normal chicken sandwich without the leg.
