I love me a good 2 hour nap, people who only need 20 minutes seem crazy to me!  Well, if you need an excuse to take a nap this weekend CNN has come up with some reasons why! I want to share them with you.

  1. It can recharge your brain
  2. It could lower your risk of heart problems
  3. It might help you get into shape (I have my doubts about this one)
  4. It will boost your creativity
  5. You lost an hour of sleep last weekend, you need to make up for it!

I am sure there are more reasons you need to nap like; you deserve one, you work hard all week long, so why not, because you are just tired, and its the weekend you can do what you want. OK, I came up with those and they might be the reason I will take nap lol!

But for real naps are good for a person so get to sleeping this weekend!
