I love me a good 2 hour nap, people who only need 20 minutes seem crazy to me! Well, if you need an excuse to take a nap this weekend CNN has come up with some reasons why! I want to share them with you.
- It can recharge your brain
- It could lower your risk of heart problems
- It might help you get into shape (I have my doubts about this one)
- It will boost your creativity
- You lost an hour of sleep last weekend, you need to make up for it!
I am sure there are more reasons you need to nap like; you deserve one, you work hard all week long, so why not, because you are just tired, and its the weekend you can do what you want. OK, I came up with those and they might be the reason I will take nap lol!
But for real naps are good for a person so get to sleeping this weekend!
